Install the app in about two minutes.
The app is distributed directly as an APK, not through the Play Store, so Android will ask you to confirm once. Steps vary slightly by brand — pick yours to see the differences.
Download the APK
Tap the download button on your phone. Chrome may warn that “this type of file can harm your device” — that's the standard message for any file outside the Play Store. Tap Download anyway.
Download APKAllow the install
Tap Open on the download. Android will say Chrome isn't allowed to install apps. Tap Settings, turn on Allow from this source, go back and tap Install.
Xiaomi / Redmi / POCO: if you see “Blocked by Play Protect”, tap More details → Install anyway. MIUI / HyperOS may also ask you to wait a few seconds and confirm with your Mi account — that's normal.
Samsung: the switch is under Settings → Apps → Chrome → Install unknown apps. If Auto Blocker is on (Settings → Security and privacy), turn it off for the install and back on afterwards.
Vivo: Vivo may show a security scan screen before installing. Wait for it to finish and tap Continue installation.
Oppo / Realme: ColorOS / Realme UI may ask for your lock-screen password to allow the install, and may show “Install with caution”. Tap Install anyway.
OnePlus: if Play Protect shows a warning, tap More details → Install anyway.
If you see “Blocked by Play Protect”, tap More details → Install anyway. Play Protect flags every app installed outside the Play Store.
Open and register
Enter your name and mobile number, verify the OTP, and set your MPIN. Android may briefly open a browser page to confirm you're not a robot during OTP — that's expected. Your account then waits for approval, and you'll get a notification when it's active.
Let alerts through Most important
Phones silence background apps to save battery. The app shows a checklist on first login — make sure every item is green:
- Notifications — allowed, with sound and lock-screen display.
- Full-screen alerts — allowed (Android 14 and above), so a new call can ring over the lock screen.
- Battery — set to “Unrestricted” / “No restrictions” for this app.
- Autostart — turned on (Xiaomi, Vivo, Oppo and Realme only), so alerts arrive even after you swipe the app away.
Xiaomi / Redmi / POCO: long-press the app icon → App info → turn on Autostart, then Battery saver → No restrictions. In the recent-apps screen, pull the app down to lock it.
Samsung: Settings → Apps → Sarvadnya → Battery → Unrestricted. Also make sure the app is not in Sleeping apps or Deep sleeping apps (Settings → Battery → Background usage limits).
Vivo: Settings → Battery → Background power consumption management → allow the app. Then i Manager → App manager → Autostart → turn it on.
Oppo / Realme: App info → Battery usage → allow background activity and auto launch. Lock the app in recent apps if your phone supports it.
OnePlus: App info → Battery → Unrestricted (older phones: Battery optimisation → Don't optimise).
The app's checklist opens the right settings screen for each item. If a switch is missing on your phone, that item is already fine.
Then tap Send a test alert in the app. If your phone rings, you're done.
Troubleshooting
- “App not installed” error
- Delete the downloaded file, download it again and retry. If an older version is installed from a different source, uninstall it first.
- The OTP doesn't arrive
- Wait for the resend timer and tap Resend code. Check that the number is the one in this phone and that you have network signal.
- Alerts come late or silently
- Open the app → Account → Alert set-up and fix any item that isn't green, then send a test alert.
- New phone?
- Install the app on the new phone and log in with OTP and your MPIN. One account works on one phone at a time, so the old phone is signed out automatically.
